Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, telephone or messaging contact, email address, preferred room, stay type and dates, number of guests, contact preference, and any notes you choose to include. We also receive an approximate country code from our hosting provider and process a privacy-preserving technical fingerprint to prevent repeated spam submissions. We do not store your precise location.
How we use it
We use this information only to review your inquiry, contact you, discuss availability and rates, and manage the resulting conversation or rental agreement. The inquiry form is not an online booking or payment system, and we do not collect card details.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry records are stored in the website’s protected database. Email notifications are delivered through Resend. Website infrastructure and security services are provided through Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites. These providers process only the information needed to operate these services.
Retention
Active inquiries are kept while they are needed for communication and rental administration. When an administrator closes an inquiry, it is moved to Trash and permanently deleted after 30 days. Anti-spam fingerprints are automatically removed after 24 hours.
Sharing and your choices
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only to service providers needed to operate the website or when required by law. You may ask us to view, correct, or delete your inquiry information by emailing us.
