Weekly / Short Stay
Cancel 7 days or more before check-in for a full refund of payments made toward the reservation. Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. No-shows and early departures after check-in are non-refundable. Any approved refund will be returned to the same account or payment source used for the original payment.
Monthly Stay
Cancel 14 days or more before check-in for a full refund of payments made toward the reservation. Cancellations less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable. No-shows and early departures after check-in are non-refundable. Any approved refund will be returned to the same account or payment source used for the original payment.
Reservation confirmation and payment
A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required deposit or payment has been received and ZZ Boutique Apartment has confirmed the reservation. If a required payment has not yet been received, its payment status remains pending.
